The City of Bartlesville and the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce recently engaged AngelouEconomics to assist the community in conducting an update to the City's Strategic Plan for a Globally Competitive Community. This project will focus primarily on strategies to improve Bartlesville's quality of life and retail offerings.
