Centered on the emerging aerotropolis model, this project redefined how the Detroit region competes globally by placing its airports at the core of economic strategy. AngelouEconomics aligned target industries with the realities of air commerce, focusing on sectors that benefit from speed to market and global connectivity. 

The work also extended into policy, including recommendations to create a specialized Aerotropolis development zone. This positioned Detroit not just as a logistics hub, but as a next-generation platform for air-driven economic growth.
