This project combined strategy with international market entry execution. AngelouEconomics not only positioned Galați County for investment but also established a permanent U.S. presence through a dedicated investment promotion office in Austin, Texas. 

Paired with the county’s first-ever U.S. investment tour and targeted outreach to American institutions, the initiative created a direct pipeline for foreign investment. The strategy uniquely leveraged Galați’s geopolitical position as a gateway to Eastern Europe, including its role in supporting regional reconstruction efforts.
