His career spans the U.S., Korea, Asia, and Europe, with deep expertise in supply‑chain management, cross‑border negotiations, and international market expansion. He has also led business development initiatives across Asia and advised startups in EV safety, enterprise communication, and advanced manufacturing.
As Chair of the Korea Business Committee at the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce, Jay fosters innovation, cultural exchange, and sustainable economic growth between Korea, Asia, and Central Texas.
