Industrialized nations ranking of paid vacation mandates

In a recent survey of 21 leading industrialized nations, the United States stood alone as the only country with no requirements for paid time off per year. With Austria and Portugal leading with 35 paid vacation days mandated, and Japan coming in second to least with 10. It begs the question of whether the policy directly effects GDP and worker productivity, or whether it is merely a quality of life benefit with no measurable financial impact.
