Developed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, this project focused on rebuilding the region’s economy and identity. AngelouEconomics combined economic strategy with place-based branding, helping New Orleans reposition itself in the global market.

A defining feature was its use of site selector perception analysis, which evaluated how external audiences viewed the region and reshaped its value proposition accordingly. The result was a recovery strategy that addressed not only economic fundamentals, but also the narrative required to attract investment.
