The City of Garland, Texas, engaged AngelouEconomics to assess development options for three corridors:  Interstates 30, 635/LBJ, and South First Street. As a result of the study, AE provided the city with an assessment of the type of development that could be expected along these corridors, and recommendations on the best developments for the city’s available land, improvements that should be made and incentives that should be considered, and possible redevelopment opportunities along the First Street corridor.
