AngelouEconomics was hired by the City of Flatonia, Texas, to create an economic development and marketing plan, complete with a marketing brochure and Website. With Toyota selecting San Antonio for its new plant, Flatonia recognized an opportunity to strengthen and market its community.

Flatonia received an assessment of its economy, target industry profiles, and economic development strategies. AE created attractive logos, a marketing plan and collateral for the city to use when promoting tourism and business growth. The tagline, Where All Roads Lead, is fitting because of the City’s strategic location – centrally located between four Texas cities.

As a result, Flatonia has adopted a single brand and vision for economic development. AE activated internal marketing by meeting with key stakeholders and getting the community engaged. The city has received overwhelming interest from individuals who want to support and participate in economic development efforts.
